We will gladly replace the item if it is damaged. If you need an exchange for a different size or design, you will ship the purchased product in original condition back to us with your pre-authorization code and we will ship you the exchanged product to you. Please include a copy of the original invoice/receipt. Additional shipping fees may apply.
